In the event that there has been an application from a customer for the disclosure of their retained private data, after confirming the identity of the applicant, Milbon Co., Ltd. will disclose all of the retained private data in question apart from secret matters related to information on product development. In addition, although there is currently no charge for handling fees for disclosure, Milbon Co., Ltd. may set such a charge in future.

In the event that there has been an application from a customer for a change, correction, deletion, cessation of use, or disclosure of their retained private data, Milbon Co., Ltd. will confirm the identity of the applicant.
Please understand that a period of hours or days may be required for such confirmation of identity.

In the event that there has been an application from a customerﾕs proxy for a change, correction, deletion, cessation of use, or disclosure of the customers retained private data, Milbon Co., Ltd. will confirm the details of the proxy described in the letter of proxy orally or by mail and will also confirm the details of the proxy with the customer.
