The theme slogan should be embodied in your work
(Hair, makeup, fashion, photoshoot location, and arrangement of the slogan will all be taken into consideration for evaluation)
The ability to create visual expression that touches people's heart

They will be in charge of checking the qualiy of hair designs submitted. The qualiy check of the hair designs will be conduced before judging, and those that pass will be accepted and eligible to be judged.
