Entry / Application
- When is the application period?

Entry will be accepted from June 15 (Wed), 1pm onwards to August 3 (Wed), until 1pm.
- *Japan time(UTC+9)
- Should the photo data be sent by email after entry?
- No, the photo data should be uploaded on the website.
- Will photos taken by smartphone be accepted?
- Yes, they will be accepted.
- Can I apply by mail?
- Only online applications are accepted.
- What should I do if I miss the entry deadline?
- Due to the limitation of the system, we cannot accept any application that has passed the deadline.
- Can I replace my work after entry?

Completed application can be canceled to submit a new work.
* Please note that works cannot be replaced after the end of the entry period.
- How can I change the size of a photo taken by smartphone to A4 size?

The size of a photo taken by iPhone cannot be changed into A4. Please change the aspect ratio 4:3 (basic setting) to 7:5, which is close to A4 format
Select a photo and tap “edit” to change the aspect ratio.
Please refer to the Apple website for detailed instructions.
As for Android smartphones, please refer to manufacturers’ website as it is different for each model.
- What is the display environment of examination?
- Examination will be done using the iPad 2020 (8th generation, Retina Display). Photos are vividly displayed and seen in detail with high pixel densities.
Theme Phrase/Font
- Can I choose the font and size of the characters for the theme phrase?
- Yes, but the characters must be recognizable.
- Should the theme phrase be in uppercase?
- No, you can use both uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Can I include other letters/sentences in my work?
- No, you cannot include phrases/sentences other than the event theme.
- Is there a specific method for adding the theme phrase in my work?

No, you can choose however you choose to add.
