SELECTION CRITERIA

• Applicants should create a high quality hair design
• The event theme should be embodied in your work. The overall composition including hair, make-up, fashion, photoshoot location, and arrangement of the theme phrase is considered for evaluation.
• Work should represent a visual expression that moves people's hearts.

  He is a world-renowned photographer and film director, specializing in various fields such as art, fashion, advertisement, and film.
  He was commissioned to take photography for top celebrities such as Madonna and Lady Gaga and has directed over 1,500 portrait photographies and promotional footage for "2020 Portrait Messages Connected By Leslie Kee" on the theme of supporting the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
  OUT IN JAPAN, a social project to support LGBT by taking their portraits and presenting them through a website, SNS, and photo exhibition, was also selected as a Jury Selection in the Entertainment Division of the 19th Japan Media Arts Festival. He is also committed to promoting the activities of United Nations SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.

  Makeup artist

  He is a makeup artist who is active in a wide range of fields, including editorials both in Japan and overseas, campaign advertising for cosmetic and fashion, corporate commercials, the stage, and dramas. Making use of makeup techniques that bring out charms, a unique sense of fashion, and a beauty perspective, he takes innovative approaches. He published " kesho : 化粧 " (NORMAL/2021), the first book to express makeup around the seasons based on the Shichijuniko (72 divisions of the solar year) of the ancient calendar. He works on collections such as UNDERCOVER, JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARÇONS, Mame Kurogouchi, and AURALEE.

  She produces works using a wide range of methods, including collages, illustrations, painting, three-dimensional, and video.
  Known for her bizarre, cute, and stimulating expressions, she has been gaining support from a wide range of generations.
  She is vigorously expanding the scope of its activities by providing her works and art direction for advertising to music artists such as Aimyon,
  Kimura Kaela, and Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, as well as to fashion brands such as GU, MIHARAYASUHIRO, and New Balance.

  With her unique styling techniques, which combine the expression of energy and delicacy, her work extends to versatile fields including the styling for artists, actors, magazines, as well as advertising costumes.
  One of her personal works, "Nice to meet you"(#ntmy2015) which improvises styling on outfits from people met on the street, is attracting attention both domestically and internationally and was picked up in VOGUE ITALIA.

  Copywriter/Creative director

  She belongs to ADK, after working as a copywriter at the cosmetics manufacturer Kose Advertising Department.
  She creates messages in a wide range of genres, including not only beauty and fashion, but also social themes.
  She has won many prizes at home and abroad, including ACC Gold, TCC Award, Grand Prix for the Asia Pacific Advertising Festival,
  London International Advertising Festival, New York Festival, NYADC, and Spikes Asia. She serves as a judge in numerous contests,
  including the Advertising Council Award, the Japanese Magazine Advertising Award, and YouTube Works Award.

They are in charge of quality checking hair design.The quality check of the hair design is carried out before the evaluation, and the entries that passed their check will be accepted and eligible for review.
